About the Role

As the Global Agricultural Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our agriculture-related projects. Your main focus will be on leveraging agricultural opportunities to support rural communities and promote sustainable farming practices. Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing business strategies to maximize agricultural investments and revenue streams
Identifying and evaluating potential global agriculture projects and partnerships
Managing the agricultural supply chain and optimizing operational efficiency
Providing expert advice on agricultural best practices, market trends, and regulatory compliance
Supporting the implementation of innovative technologies for improved agricultural productivity
Collaborating with governments, NGOs, and farming communities to build sustainable agricultural ecosystems

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or International Development
A minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural project management, preferably in international settings
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and managing agricultural business operations
Familiarity with sustainable farming practices, environmental regulations, and social impact assessment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
A global mindset and willingness to travel internationally for project needs
Proficiency in multiple languages, with English being essential
