Job Opening:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. This unique opportunity is tailored for someone with a strong background in the Sports/Entertainment industry.

Your Role:

Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the Sports/Entertainment sector, enabling organizations to leverage digital technologies for improved performance and customer experiences.
Offer strategic guidance on adopting emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and virtual/augmented reality, to enhance the sector's efficiency and competitiveness.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that address specific challenges faced by companies in the Sports/Entertainment industry.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovative digital solutions, ensuring CCDPA remains at the forefront of digitalization efforts.
Provide consultancy services to businesses seeking to digitally transform their operations, offering insights and best practices to optimize their processes.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote digital literacy and facilitate the adoption of new technologies among industry professionals.
Act as a liaison between CCDPA and key industry players, fostering partnerships, and collaborations to drive digitalization initiatives forward.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the Sports/Entertainment industry, preferably in a digital transformation or technology-focused role.
Strong understanding of digital trends and technologies reshaping the industry, including but not limited to data analytics, social media, mobile applications, and e-commerce.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead and manage projects independently, from conception to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes.
Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish languages, both written and spoken.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science, is preferred.
