Job Description:

Create and develop unique outdoor adventure itineraries and vacation packages for our customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the best outdoor activities based on their interests and skill levels.
Coordinate and collaborate with local partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of outdoor adventure experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and outdoor activities to continuously expand our offerings and provide innovative adventure experiences.
Promote and market our outdoor adventure packages through various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and local community involvement.
Guide and accompany customers on adventurous expeditions, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the journey.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
Collect feedback and testimonials from customers to improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform administrative tasks related to trip planning, logistics, and customer documentation.

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor adventure activities, such as hiking, camping, wildlife observation, and water sports.
Prior experience in the outdoor industry, preferably in positions involving trip planning or guiding.
Excellent knowledge of outdoor safety practices and emergency procedures.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proficiency in using technology, including online booking systems, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
