Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain a safe environment for all within Tampines Central Park
Implement innovative security strategies rooted in cultural sensitivity
Engage with diverse stakeholders and foster positive relationships with the community
Develop and deliver culturally inclusive security programs and initiatives
Identify and address any security-related issues or concerns

Requirements:

Passion for creating a safe and inclusive environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to various cultural practices and social norms
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
