We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team at Holmen AB in Jönköpings län, Sweden. As an Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable experiences for our customers while ensuring their satisfaction.

Your role:

- Monitor customer feedback and make continuous improvements to enhance the overall experience
- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- Fluency in English and Swedish
