Your Role as an Environmental Wellness Specialist

Conduct comprehensive environmental audits and assessments across various sectors, identifying potential impact areas and suggesting improvements.
Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy conservation, waste reduction, and carbon footprint reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies to enhance environmental performance within UGI Utilities.
Monitor and evaluate environmental regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
Educate and raise awareness about environmental issues among employees, customers, and the community through workshops, events, and campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
Prior experience in environmental management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
