Key Responsibilities:

Ignite and nurture a culture of innovation within KEMRI.
Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and explore creative opportunities for development.
Lead design thinking workshops to foster problem-solving and innovation.
Conduct research on emerging artistic and design trends for integration into healthcare practices.
Champion the application of user-centered design principles to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies for incorporating art-inspired elements into healthcare technology and infrastructure.
Collaborate with external partners to foster interdisciplinary creative networks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in applying artistic principles to innovative design projects.
Strong knowledge of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design approaches.
Previous involvement in projects that bridge the gap between art and technology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for driving positive change through art and design.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
