Opportunity for Production Process Coordinator
Kansas State Grange is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Production Process Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Implement and monitor production schedules, and adjust them as necessary
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize production workflow
- Identify and troubleshoot any production issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train and mentor production personnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in process optimization and production management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
