Current Opportunity: Cultural Ambassador
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Cultural Ambassador to join our team. As a Cultural Ambassador at Barloworld, you will play a pivotal role in creating authentic cultural connections and enhancing the overall tourism experience in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with locals and tourists to foster understanding and appreciation of different cultures.
- Organize cultural events and activities to showcase the rich heritage and traditions of Mpumalanga.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, tourist attractions, and hospitality partners.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, suggesting immersive cultural experiences.
- Contribute to the creation of culturally sensitive marketing campaigns and materials.
Requirements:
- Passion for cultural diversity and the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
- Knowledge of local cultures, traditions, and attractions in Mpumalanga.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing principles is a plus.
