About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members and clients receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Manage a team of customer service representatives
Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
Create and maintain a positive and professional customer-centric culture
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in managing customer experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
