We are currently seeking a highly talented and innovative individual to join our team at North Carolina Parent Teacher Association (NCPTA). As a Creative Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's outreach and impact through your artistic expertise and design skills. This position combines a passion for art and education to create unique and impactful engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies to promote parent, teacher, and community engagement
Create visually stunning and inspiring artwork to use across various platforms including digital platforms, publications, and social media
Design and produce visually engaging materials for events, conferences, workshops, and fundraising campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in art and design

Qualifications:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
Ability to think creatively and bring fresh Ideas to the table
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
