Job Description:

As a Language and Cross-Cultural Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering language training courses to individuals and groups. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing customized language curricula tailored to the needs and goals of our students
Delivering engaging language lessons using a variety of teaching methodologies
Integrating cross-cultural training elements into language instruction to enhance cultural understanding
Assessing and evaluating student progress to provide targeted feedback and assistance
Collaborating with fellow trainers and staff to continuously improve our programs

Requirements:

Native or near-native fluency in at least one foreign language
A strong background in language instruction or related fields
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and needs
