We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Environmental Compliance Director with a focus on sustainable healthcare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry by ensuring environmental compliance and promoting sustainable practices.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive environmental compliance programs for healthcare facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate corrective action plans.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and facility managers.
Stay up-to-date with environmental regulations and emerging trends in sustainable healthcare to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver training programs on environmental compliance and sustainability best practices.
Promote awareness and engagement in sustainable initiatives, both internally and externally.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in environmental compliance management within the healthcare or related industry.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to healthcare facilities and sustainable practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting audits and developing compliance strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to promoting responsible healthcare practices.
