Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

Develop and implement digital strategies to engage and connect with our community
Create diverse and inclusive online content to promote our cooperative and products
Manage our online presence across various platforms to increase brand awareness
Monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics to shape future initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in social media, digital technology, and agriculture

Requirements:

A strong understanding of online communication strategies and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create engaging and inclusive content
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Knowledge of sustainable agriculture and rural development
Experience in managing social media accounts is a plus
