Job Description:

As an Innovation and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organization operates ethically and within legal parameters. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our legal and regulatory compliance frameworks while fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations affecting our organization
Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance issues and devise effective solutions
Reviewing and updating company policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory requirements
Designing and delivering compliance training programs to educate employees on legal and ethical obligations
Monitoring internal processes and controls to ensure adherence to legal guidelines
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and implementing innovative practices to drive operational efficiency and compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in a compliance or legal role within the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in Germany
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in both German and English
