Position Overview

As an Affordable Living Arrangements Specialist, your main responsibility will be to assist individuals and families in finding suitable and affordable housing options in the Stockholms län area. You will work closely with clients, property owners, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient housing placements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' housing needs and preferences
Source and maintain an up-to-date database of available housing units
Coordinate with property owners and negotiate affordable rental rates
Facilitate property viewings and ensure a smooth application process
Provide guidance on housing applications, eligibility criteria, and financial aid options

Requirements

A background in social work, urban planning, or a related field
Prior experience in housing assistance or coordinating social services
Familiarity with local housing regulations and resources in Stockholms län
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
