Responsibilities:

Design and implement sustainable production processes that minimize environmental impact
Streamline manufacturing operations to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization
Identify and evaluate opportunities for energy efficiency and eco-friendly practices
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to environmental responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sustainability initiatives
Conduct regular audits and assessments to track progress towards sustainable production goals
Provide training and guidance to employees regarding environmental best practices
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in sustainable manufacturing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Proven experience in sustainable production or manufacturing, preferably in an industrial setting
In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable manufacturing practices
Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
