Position: Flight Concierge

About the Role:

As a Flight Concierge, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that every passenger's journey is comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. You will provide top-notch customer service, facilitate smooth flight operations, and assist passengers with any special requests or inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check-in passengers, providing warm and friendly assistance throughout the process.
Ensure efficient boarding procedures and provide assistance to those with special needs.
Address passenger inquiries, help with rebooking, and provide necessary travel information.
Monitor flight schedules and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
Handle and promptly resolve any passenger complaints or inconsistencies.
Cooperate with the cabin crew to deliver a seamless in-flight experience.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service roles, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, providing empathy and resolution.
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
