Position: Flight Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage flight operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor flight plans, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions for safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination between ground and flight crews.
- Implement and maintain effective safety management systems to mitigate risks.
- Analyze flight data to identify areas of improvement and optimize flight operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation or aeronautical operations.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting environmentally friendly practices in the aviation industry.
