Position: Rewards and Benefits Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits strategies tailored to meet the needs of our manufacturing workforce.
Research and analyze market trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive benefit programs.
Create and manage employee recognition programs to motivate and retain high-performing individuals.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and administer performance-based incentives.
Conduct regular audits and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our rewards and benefits packages.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend necessary changes.
Provide guidance and support to HR teams and line managers regarding rewards and benefits-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and managing rewards and benefits programs in a manufacturing or related industry.
A deep understanding of market trends, legislative requirements, and best practices in rewards and benefits.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in rewards and benefits management (preferred).
