Job Opportunity: Destination Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local attractions, hotels, and tour operators to enhance vacation packages and ensure customer satisfaction
Create unique itineraries and tailor experiences based on customer preferences
Coordinate logistics and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth travel experiences
Stay up to date with current industry trends and implement innovative ideas to maximize customer enjoyment
Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with marketing team to promote our vacation offerings and develop strategic partnerships
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in order to continuously enhance our services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to create and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proficient in industry-specific software and technology
