Position: Adventure Equipment Coordinator

Monte Cervino Outdoor Gear Rental is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Adventure Equipment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the logistics and transportation of our rental equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the pickup and drop-off of gear from our rental location to various outdoor adventure destinations in Aosta Valley.
Maintain an organized inventory system to track equipment availability and ensure accurate rentals.
Perform routine inspections of gear to identify damages and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Collaborate with our customer service team to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage rental scheduling, including reservations and logistics planning.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly working environment.

Qualifications

Prior experience in logistical coordination or a similar field is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining equipment records and rental transactions.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of adventure gear is a plus.
