Position: Creative Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative strategies and approaches in the prevention and treatment of drug addiction that incorporate art, design, and related disciplines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate creative solutions into research projects.
Design and implement art-based interventions to support individuals affected by drug addiction.
Conduct research on the impact of artistic practices on addiction prevention and recovery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and research findings related to art and design in the field of drug addiction.
Support the overall mission of FLERDA through active engagement in organizational initiatives.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, art therapy, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in applying creative methods and art-based practices in the context of addiction prevention or treatment.
Strong knowledge of the principles and theories related to addiction and substance abuse.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
