Your Role

Champion and promote a culture of creativity and innovation throughout the organization
Identify and explore cutting-edge design trends and technologies related to the development of construction equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and implement innovative ideas
Lead projects that push the boundaries of traditional construction equipment design

Qualifications

A deep passion for design and innovation, with a strong understanding of the Art/Design industry
Proven track record of successful project management and driving innovation within an organization
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others
Experience in the construction machinery industry is a plus
