Your Role
- Champion and promote a culture of creativity and innovation throughout the organization
- Identify and explore cutting-edge design trends and technologies related to the development of construction equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and implement innovative ideas
- Lead projects that push the boundaries of traditional construction equipment design
Qualifications
- A deep passion for design and innovation, with a strong understanding of the Art/Design industry
- Proven track record of successful project management and driving innovation within an organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others
- Experience in the construction machinery industry is a plus
