Role: Diversity and Inclusion Advocate

As a Diversity and Inclusion Advocate at KPMG, your contribution will play a vital role in promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive work culture. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the sports and fitness industry
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive diversity initiatives
Providing guidance and support to business leaders on diversity-related matters
Conducting research on best practices in diversity and inclusion
Creating and delivering training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of diversity programs and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A deep passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
Strong knowledge and understanding of the sports and fitness industry
Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional research and analytical abilities
Relevant qualifications in the field of diversity and inclusion are desirable
