Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to various business units within Vattenfall
Review and draft a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Manage legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize legal procedures and processes
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Handle legal disputes and support in negotiations and settlements

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the energy industry or a regulated sector
Strong knowledge of Swedish and EU laws and regulations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of providing practical, business-oriented legal advice
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Law degree from an accredited university
