Position: Sustainable Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Sustainable Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who align with our company values of social responsibility and environmental consciousness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing sustainable recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality of candidates
Utilizing innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse talent pools
Nurturing relationships with candidates and creating an exceptional candidate experience
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on sustainable hiring practices
Evaluating and implementing socially responsible initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint throughout the recruitment process
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the recruitment process, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility
Strong understanding of ethical recruitment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology
