We're Hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator:

Shake Shack is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, materials, and inventory to support Shake Shack's operations.
Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transportation partners to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Create and maintain logistics schedules, ensuring timely deliveries to all Shake Shack locations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline supply chain operations.
Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
