About the Role

As the Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward-thinking concepts, streamlining processes, and enhancing our position as a market leader in the Franchise/Chain industry. Your creative approach and entrepreneurial mindset will be crucial in identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead innovation initiatives across the organization, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
Identify emerging market trends, technological advancements, and consumer demands to develop new business models and product/service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and development, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify areas of potential growth and recommend strategic actions.
Manage the innovation pipeline, from idea generation and concept development to commercialization and market launch.
Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to drive innovation and market expansion.
Monitor and measure the success of innovation initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in innovation management or a related field, preferably within the Franchise/Chain industry.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Excellent analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with the aptitude to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
