Position Overview
As the Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our IT systems to support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing current IT infrastructure and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing innovative software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop strategies
- Managing and implementing projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades and system integrations
- Providing technical support and training to end-users
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in software development or database management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and industry best practices
