About the Role

Lead and coordinate agricultural development projects within the sub-county
Provide guidance to farmers on best practices, crop selection, and livestock management
Conduct research on emerging agricultural technologies and implement suitable innovations
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies to enhance agricultural productivity and profitability
Organize training programs and workshops to educate farmers on modern farming techniques

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural development, rural extension services, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of local farming practices, crops, and livestock management
Passion for rural development, sustainable farming, and community empowerment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
