Job Description:
As a Rewards and Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees receive competitive and attractive rewards and benefits packages. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing innovative compensation and rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to develop and manage budgets for compensation and benefits.
- Conducting market research to ensure our rewards and benefits remain competitive in the industry.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options and programs.
- Managing relationships with external vendors to deliver high-quality benefits and rewards services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
