Your Role

As a Safety Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing facilities in North Carolina adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues
Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures
Providing training and educational materials on safety best practices
Investigating accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures
Collaborating with industry stakeholders to establish safety standards
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of safety inspections

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a safety-related role within the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Certifications in occupational health and safety will be an advantage
