About the Role:

Design personalized, sport-specific training programs to enhance athletic performance.
Utilize cutting-edge techniques and equipment to measure and monitor athletes' progress and overall fitness levels.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with coaches and medical professionals to develop individualized plans for athletes.
Deliver engaging and impactful group training sessions and workshops.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with athletes, preferably in a high-performance environment.
Deep understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and exercise prescription.
Certifications such as CSCS, NASM, and/or ACE are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for sports and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
