Job Overview:

Design, coordinate, and implement enchanting experiences for visitors and guests.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests in creating personalized itineraries tailored to their interests.
Showcase the unique cultural heritage, history, and gastronomy of Umbria through engaging and immersive activities.
Collaborate with local vendors, guides, and experts to offer curated tours, hands-on workshops, tastings, and interactive demonstrations.
Promote and market our enchanting experiences to both domestic and international tourists.
Maintain and update inventory, booking systems, and databases.
Ensure all experiences adhere to our sustainability standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
Prior experience in tourism, event planning, or hospitality is preferred.
Passion for cheese, local food, and Umbrian culture.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
