Position: Visual Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create visually stunning experiences that capture the essence of our cultural heritage.
Develop engaging visual narratives, incorporating various art forms and design principles.
Create and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
Conduct research on emerging design trends and recommend innovative approaches for project execution.
Craft visually appealing presentations, including graphics, illustrations, and interactive elements, for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the seamless integration of art and design into various platforms, such as exhibitions, events, and digital media.
Coordinate with external artists, vendors, and contractors to execute projects within established timelines and budgets.
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual experience.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in art, design, and technology to continuously elevate our creative outputs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in creating visually compelling experiences, preferably within the art and culture sector.
Proficiency in industry-leading design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
