We are Hiring: Outdoor Adventure Guides

Do you have a penchant for outdoor activities and a desire to share your passion with others? Join our team as an Outdoor Adventure Guide! As an Outdoor Adventure Guide at Black Diamond Equipment, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting outdoor experiences for our clients, providing guidance, support, and expert knowledge in a variety of adventurous pursuits. Whether it's rock climbing, hiking, skiing, or backpacking, you'll be instrumental in creating unforgettable moments for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead outdoor adventures in Utah's beautiful landscapes.
Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients during all activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide guidance in outdoor skills.
Educate participants about wilderness conservation and promote responsible outdoor practices.
Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall adventure experience.

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and extensive outdoor experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Certifications in relevant outdoor disciplines are a plus (e.g., Wilderness First Responder, AMGA Single Pitch Instructor, etc.).
Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive group dynamic during outdoor adventures.
Positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer experiences.
