Role and Responsibilities

As the Health Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
Organizing and implementing health education programs and activities
Coordinating volunteer efforts and recruiting new volunteers
Conducting community needs assessments and identifying areas for intervention
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and program delivery

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, public health, or community outreach
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in program planning and evaluation
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
