Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative agricultural strategies to enhance productivity while preserving the environment
Provide expert advice on sustainable farming practices, resource management, and land preservation
Collaborate with local farmers and ranchers to improve their practices and increase efficiency
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
Coordinate educational programs and workshops to support the community in adopting sustainable agricultural practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable farming or a related area
Strong knowledge of agricultural techniques, soil science, irrigation systems, and pest management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Passionate about promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various farms and rural locations
