Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects
- Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
