Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that optimize productivity and minimize waste.
Design, plan, and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the production cycle and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.
Evaluate and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating optimally and identify potential maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or engineering role.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
