Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist

Job Description:

Develop engaging and impactful training programs that address the unique needs of our diverse clientele
Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one coaching to help individuals achieve their fitness goals
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and design personalized plans for improvement
Incorporate cutting-edge training techniques and stay updated with the latest industry trends
Create a motivating and inclusive environment that fosters teamwork and encourages clients to push their limits
Collaborate with physical therapists and sports medicine specialists to ensure optimal performance and injury prevention
Educate clients on proper exercise form, nutrition, and overall wellness practices

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness coaching or related field
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
Certifications such as CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACSM, or NASM
Proven track record of success in delivering results and meeting client objectives
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with individuals of all ages and fitness levels
Passion for fitness, performance enhancement, and a drive to inspire others
Proficiency in utilizing technology and fitness tracking tools
