Job Opportunity: Innovation Catalyst
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Innovation Catalyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our cooperative's growth and inspire innovative ideas to drive our research and creative endeavors forward.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our talented team to identify research opportunities that align with our cooperative's vision and mission
- Design and lead experimental projects to explore new techniques, materials, and product possibilities
- Research market trends and consumer preferences to create innovative and competitive products
- Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship
- Constantly seek inspiration and stay up-to-date with current industry developments
- Mentor and motivate our artisans to unleash their creative potential
Requirements:
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and design
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Fine Arts, Product Design, Textile Technology) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in research, design, and product development within the craft or creative industry
- Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
