Job Opportunity: Innovation Catalyst

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Innovation Catalyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our cooperative's growth and inspire innovative ideas to drive our research and creative endeavors forward.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our talented team to identify research opportunities that align with our cooperative's vision and mission
Design and lead experimental projects to explore new techniques, materials, and product possibilities
Research market trends and consumer preferences to create innovative and competitive products
Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship
Constantly seek inspiration and stay up-to-date with current industry developments
Mentor and motivate our artisans to unleash their creative potential

Requirements:

A passion for creativity, innovation, and design
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Fine Arts, Product Design, Textile Technology) or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in research, design, and product development within the craft or creative industry
Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
