Rogaland Department of Transportation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multicultural Integration Manager to join our team. Your Role:

Develop and implement strategies to promote multicultural integration within the transportation services sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish policies and programs that encourage diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Identify and address the unique needs of multicultural communities, ensuring their voices are heard and their transportation requirements are met.
Partner with community organizations and stakeholders to foster positive relations, engaging in meaningful dialogue and initiatives.
Design and conduct diversity training programs for employees, expanding their cultural understanding and sensitivities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of multicultural integration initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multicultural integration, preferably within the services industry.
Strong knowledge of cultural dynamics and challenges faced by diverse communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to diversity and inclusion.
Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
