Position: Health and Wellness Program Coordinator

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and wellness programs that align with our sustainable agriculture practices.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative health and wellness programs that promote an active lifestyle for our employees and the local community.
Create engaging and educational workshops, seminars, and fitness challenges.
Collaborate with local fitness centers, sports clubs, and wellness professionals to offer diverse opportunities for our team.
Organize sports events, tournaments, and team-building activities.
Evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and make improvements accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to employees to improve their overall health and well-being.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in health and wellness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in exercise science, nutrition, sports management, or a related field.
Proven experience in program development and implementation in the field of health and wellness.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Italian languages.
