Join Our Team as a Cultural Exchange Coordinator

Are you passionate about bridging cultures and facilitating international collaborations? We are looking for a Cultural Exchange Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to our mission of fostering innovation and cultural understanding.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute cultural exchange initiatives to strengthen bonds between international partners
Coordinate and oversee the exchange programs, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different cultural backgrounds
Organize events, workshops, and meetings to promote cross-cultural understanding
Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Monitor program performance and provide reports to management

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken
Adaptable, open-minded, and able to work effectively within diverse teams
