About the Role:

As a Strategic Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of our operations. You will employ your expertise in risk management principles, crisis response, and strategic planning to identify potential threats and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework
Identify and assess potential risks and threats to company operations
Design and execute crisis management plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish security protocols
Monitor and analyze security trends and provide recommendations
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations
Coordinate internal and external risk assessments

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the Military/Security sector
Proven expertise in risk management and crisis response
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations
Relevant qualifications in Risk Management or related fields
