Operations Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. Working closely with our manufacturing teams, your primary objective will be to optimize production processes, drive efficiency, and deliver outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and leading a team of manufacturing professionals
Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity
Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
Monitoring production schedules and coordinating with other departments
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Proven track record of successfully driving operational excellence
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
