Position Overview

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist who will play a key role in promoting sustainable practices and ensuring the long-term viability of the agriculture sector in Stockholms län. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing sustainable agricultural strategies and programs
Collaborating with local farmers, organizations, and stakeholders to promote environmentally friendly practices
Conducting research and analysis to identify innovative approaches within the sector
Providing expert guidance on sustainable farming methods and technologies
Evaluating and monitoring the impact of sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, Sustainable Development)
Proven experience working in the agriculture sector, preferably with a focus on sustainability
In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices and environmental regulations
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate creative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
