Your Role

As a Professional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail customers. Your main objective will be to promote our comprehensive range of energy products and services, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate energy solutions
Promote and sell a wide range of energy products and services
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Monitor and report on sales activities and market feedback

Requirements

Prior experience in sales or a similar role (preferably in the energy sector)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
Available to travel as needed
